How will people contact me?
You can exchange messages via the KidsMarket messaging service. Potential buyers can click on “Contact X” and send a private message to you. You and the potential buyer will be the only ones to see these messages. You can decide whether to provide your personal contact details or not in a private message.
My Ad does not show up on the site.
Firstly, check the status of your Ad by visiting the “My Ads” page in the top-right menu. If you see the message “Your Ad is under review. You will be notified by email as soon as your Ad is online” your Ad is not yet online. If this message no longer appears at the top of the page, your Ad is online. If you think that your Ad should be online, but it does not appear when you try to search for it, check that the words you are searching for appear in the text of your Ad and ensure that the spelling is correct.
How do I edit or delete my Ad?
Go to the 'My Ads' page in the top-right menu. Click on the Ad to view it, and there you will be able to edit or delete it.
Can I be notified when a user posts a new Ad?
Yes, you can follow any user – simply click on the “Follow” button next to the user´s name. You will receive an email every time that user posts a new Ad. Additionally, you can check the “My Favourites” page in the top-right menu, and view all users you are following. Click on a user and check if he / she has posted any Ads recently.

What is the “Like” button for?
The “Like” button lets you save an Ad to your Favourites. You can always check the “My Favourites” page in the top-right menu to see all your “Liked” Ads. If an Ad you have liked before does not appear in your list, it means the product has either been sold or the seller has deleted the Ad for some reason.
How will people pay me?
KidsMarket does not currently offer an online payment solution. It is for the buyer and seller to decide on a mutually-agreed method of payment.
How do I pay for an item?

My PayPal account was charged twice for payment
If you re-credit “My Wallet” using PayPal, the system begins by creating an 'order', at which time you receive an email. It can take a couple of days before that order is processed and your card is debited. The order and processing of the order appear as separate lines on your PayPal statement. However, your account will have been charged only once.
